SHIPPING
Domestic (HONGKONG): We charge a flat rate of HKD30 shipping fee per order on orders below HKD500; while we offer free shipping for orders over HKD500. For Hong Kong, the package will normally arrive in 3-5 business days.
International (REST OF THE WORLD):We charge a flat rate of HKD200 shipping fee per order. For international shipment, the package will normally arrive in 7-14 business days. For further information, please email us at sales@mono-jewelry.com.
EXCHANGE & REFUND
For all returns and exchanges you must submit a written notification to sales@mono-jewelry.com Within 30 days of purchase, we will cover any repair cost if the issue is due to manufacturing defect. If the breakage is due to wear and tear and/or negligence, there will be a repair charge at the customer's expense. Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis. You will then receive an email with a confirmation that your return/exchange request has been authorized, together with further return shipping instruction.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging in order to receive a store credit. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
If you are approved, refund will be processed and will be credited to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. For exchange, once approved, shipment will then be made accordingly.
